The Senior Quality Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's commitment to delivering high-quality products and services, maintaining customer trust, and driving continuous improvement in quality-related processes.
This role requires the incumbent to combine their experience in manufacturing and quality engineering with knowledge of WireCo's unique and critical product requirements.
Additionally, a combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and effective leadership must be used to create a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization, aligned to WireCo's Business System (WBS).
