Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.10 years of experience in a technology contracting, agreement desk, legal, or business operations environment.Experience working with customer agreements,
and tailoring agreements to meet business needs.Experience with customers and cross-functional internal business partners.Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with United States and Canada based partners.Preferred Qualifications:Experience developing agreements (e.g., drafting, redlining, discussing agreements) at a technology firm.Knowledge of financial modeling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.Ability to present investigative findings used to influence internal and external leadership.Ability to be resourceful, solve problems, work autonomously, lead, and work on multiple time-sensitive projects.Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.About the Job:In this role, you will analyze opportunities, create business agreements, and execute transactions throughout the business cycle.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to Google Cloud's business teams in the development and execution of commercial structures for opportunities.
