Descripción
Oversee the creation of budgets and financial reports
Collaborate with executive leadership to make strategic decisions
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Implement and supervise risk management processes
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to the board
Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial planning.
Oversee relationships with auditors, consultants,
and financial institutions.
Optimize financial processes and systems
Optimize operational efficiency and cash flow management.
Perfil buscado
A successful AFC Manager should have:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience leading a team of approximately 10 people.
Knowledge of corporate accounting practices.
Knowledge of legal accounting and tax requirements in México.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Analytical capacity and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (Italian is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to continuing education to fulfill role responsibilities.
