As a **Graphic Designer** at DEUNA, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and cohesive design solutions that resonate with both our internal teams and our external audiences.
You will be responsible for creating strategic presentations, digital assets, and marketing collateral that communicate our brand values and business goals.
You will work directly with our Founders, ensuring the design reflects DEUNA's identity and vision.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Create Strategic Presentations: Design high-quality, engaging, and visually cohesive presentations that align with the company's mission, vision, and strategic initiatives.- Data Communication: Information arrangement and communicating the knowledge, including pie charts,
flow methods, etc- Stay Current with Design Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure DEUNA stays ahead of the curve.- Brand and Marketing Support: Assist in the development, maintenance, and evolution of DEUNA's branding, marketing strategy, and visual identity.- Style Guide Maintenance: Help create and maintain the company's style guide to ensure design consistency across all channels and touchpoints.- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Founders' Office, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives.- Production Tasks: Handle various production tasks such as photo retouching, video editing, and preparing print materials.
**Qualifications**:- 3+ years experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating analytical insights and communicating data.- Proficiency in content production software (e.G., Adobe Creative).- Figma (product demo, draft product) & Motion Design (After Effects)
- Desirable- Payments Background or Fintech/ Start up Digital Services - Desirable- Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and layout.- Strong experience in creating presentations and marketing collateral.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively to various stakeholders.- Creative thinking and a spirit of out-of-the-box ideation, contributing to content strategy and execution.
