the USA, Germany, Brazil, and Portugal, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal.Now JoomPro is launching a new direction in **Mexico** and we are looking for a **Project Manager**to manage and set up processes in the call center there.
**Responsibilities**:- Supervise and manage call center operators- Monitor and evaluate operators' calls for quality assurance- Conduct general and one-on-one meetings- Prepare and analyze reports to improve efficiency and operations**Requirements**:- Experience in B2B sales- Fluency in Russian, English and Spanish- Experience in a leadership position will be an advantage**We are offering**:- Remote work- Schedule from 9am to 6pm local time- Possibility of growth to a leadership position
