This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the GDS PC team.Your key responsibilitiesProvide comprehensive oversight for SAP/SI engagements, manage/mitigate escalations, and stay aligned with engagement leadership vision and engagement objectivesOwn GDS penetration and sector centric activities across areasLead development and execution of comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with the engagement goals and enhance end user skills and performancePartner with key stakeholders to identify training needs, designing and implementing effective learning solutionsEnsure that engagements are delivered in a cost-effective and scalable mannerLead, coach, and mentor a team of learning consultants/senior consultants/assistant managers/managers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovationEncourage professional growth within the team, providing opportunities for skills development and career advancementEstablish instructional design expertise within the practice,



grow and lead a team of instructional design specialists in the SAP/SI domainLiaison with regional stakeholders for selling work in the instructional design space to build project pipelineIdentify and build new SAP/SI capabilities in the team based on trends in the various market regionsLead SAP/SI instructional design efforts using the most advanced technologies and digital solutions in the marketEnsure high quality SAP/SI deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterpartsEnsure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and ensuring effective planning and budgetingProvide advice and guidance as a subject matter expert and work effectively as part of a large,



distributed program teamContribute to process re-engineering and help bring in efficiencies across GDS PC through automationDrive talent/performance management and perform the role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, and conduct performance reviewsSkills and attributes for successHigh integrity and commitment to work in a new and challenging environmentAbility to manage ambiguity and be proactiveExtremely sharp attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsCross cultural awareness and sensitivityHigh energy levels, agility and adaptabilityOpen to travel for client projects that are approved as per EY and country specific travel advisory guidelinesTo qualify for the role,



you must haveBachelor's or associate degree with 14-18 years of hands on experience in implementing and leading large and complex learning projectsProven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful learning and development programsStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead proposals/pursuits and provide oversight of learning solutions and estimationsAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies will be a plusKnowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc.




is a plusEffective writing skills (grasp and command over English)Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS ExcelExperience in managing large teams as well as multiple concurrent digital learning engagementsProficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP Enable Now, Articulate Storyline, Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribeAbility to review learning deliverables developed by othersExcellent knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods and learning experience platformsCross industry exposureIdeally, you'll also haveFlexibility in and comfort with learning and applying new software and work processesExperience in ensuring e-learning materials and course materials are developed under a strict change control with thorough testing before release to the live environmentExperience using gamification within the design and development of online content,
