Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management.Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams.Ability to communicate in English fluently as this role requires communication with United States and Canada based partners in English.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the design and delivery of in-person Change Management training programs and in creating virtual Change Management training modules.Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.Ability to execute on creating business key messages, enablement/training materials, measuring adoption and managing resistance to change.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.Excellent people management, influencing, and verbal and written communication skills.About the Job:The Change Lead team within the Strategy and Operations organization exists to operationalize processes, systems, tools, and business priorities by driving change management and coordinating landing efforts.
