Project Leadership: Drive financial and operational projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional regulations.
Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze financial data to support high-impact decisions and improve efficiency.
Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations, maintaining high ethical standards in all processes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, banks, and auditors.
Process Optimization: Implement best practices in treasury operations, risk management, and financial reporting.
YOUR SKILLSQualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or project management,



preferably in a multinational company.Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, and risk assessment.Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams.Experience in hedge management and risk mitigation strategies.Advanced English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).High ethical standards and integrity in financial decision-making.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in LATAM financial regulations and market dynamics.
Knowledge of digital finance tools and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
