Job Description About Integon
Integon is a division in Mexico of one of the largest insurance companies in the United States of America.

It addresses service concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy while documenting customer requests and providing a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Inputs and tracks information into the appropriate databases provided.Remain current on new marketing campaigns in order to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resource tools provided.Handle any requests regarding customer documentation, clearly explaining them including any follow-ups required on our customer's part and updates as warranted.Working knowledge of protection plans policies and related processes and procedures.Education and Experience Call Center experience (Preferred)Insurance industry knowledge (Preferred)Minimum Skills and Competencies: The following skills and abilities are required.




Adjustments can be made for individuals with disabilities.
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)Must be customer-focused and able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve questions and concerns.Able to multitask and manage multiple systems daily.Desired Skills: Previous experience in insurance customer service.For this position, we offer up to $24,000 MXN monthly before taxes.
