.As the Regional Team Lead for Mass Hiring, you will lead the implementation of a mass hiring strategy for operational recruitment, managing a team of 8 High Volume Operations Recruiters across your region.
Collaborating with Senior Operations Leaders and local Recruiters, you will enhance recruitment efforts, align workforce planning, and allocate recruiter resources effectively.
You will provide a pragmatic approach to delivering on the business needs and lead the implementation of our mass hiring process regionally.
In addition, you will develop and optimize sourcing strategies to attract the right candidates for your region.As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, reporting to the Global Mass Hiring & Enablement Lead,
this position follows a Hybrid schedule at our offices at Insurgentes Sur in Mexico City.Key responsibilities/What you will do:Ensuring the global mass hiring recruitment approach is applied regionally, controlling its governance and quality.Building strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the SR. Operations Leaders and regional HR community.Working to understand and identify today's and tomorrow's staffing needs, anticipating, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies.Developing and deploying a variety of cost-effective sourcing channels to increase brand awareness and attraction.Leading, coaching, developing, and mentoring a team of committed local recruiters in the region of your scope.Key requirements/What you bring:Sr. Level Recruiting Experience and/or experience leading a recruitment team in a high-volume call center environment.Strong Commercial Operations background – understanding the way of working for Operations, understanding workforce planning, identifying top talent,
and being a collaborative business partner.Experience with workforce management and capacity planning preferred.Be agile, adaptable, and a champion of change – with experience in a multicultural environment.Experience managing and working towards SLA and KPI's.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads.Ability to influence and show resilience navigating through demand and business requirements.Demonstrated ability to work independently, develop solutions, and drive results.Experience in an international, complex environment.Excellent written and oral communication in English.Key benefits/What we offer:Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
