Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.6 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.Experience writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents, and Statements of Work for professional services engagements,

As a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will be accountable for the commercial process of creating agreements for Google services from start to finish, ensuring the process is efficient and all agreements are high-quality and customer centric.
You will leverage an extended workforce team who are responsible for the development and execution of agreements, leveraging pre-approved language for the contracting artifacts, aiming at a high degree of standardization.
You will act as a contact point in their region for the extended workforce function and sit between the Go-to-Market (GTM)
teams and other commercial operations stakeholders.
In this role, you will create Statement of Works, Order Forms, and subcon agreements, etc.
that meet the unique needs of each customer, while also looking for opportunities to streamline the agreement process and remove any friction.
