We are seeking a **Lead Java Developer** to integrate with our cross-functional scrum team in a designated business capability POD.The selected individual will bring strong proficiency in Java and Spring Framework, playing a crucial role in crafting backend solutions that enhance our business processes.RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, improve, and support the Java codebase- Build back-end microservices and REST APIs- Perform comprehensive unit testing for robust software functionality- Sustain high code quality through frequent code reviews- Promote and comply with best practices such as code review, unit testing,
