We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr.
Product Manager.
In this role, you will lead Amazon's Global Selling into Latam product suite that includes customer experience, seller experience, logistics, and payments.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior PM in our organization, you will be responsible for the following:
You are the end-to-end owner of the Global Selling into Latam P&L.;
You will partner with teams to define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of program managers and other product owners.
You will drive day-to-day P&L; discussions.You will create buy-in for the P&L; both internally and with key external partners.Work with business leaders and executives across Amazon to define and prioritize the product roadmaps based on the strategy and vision.Manage prioritization of the product roadmap and trade-offs among customer experience, business impact, technical constraints, and operational excellence.Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning.Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic and financial goals.A Day in the LifeAs a Sr.
Product Manager, you will be expected to:

To be successful in this role, you need to feel comfortable navigating on broad and diverse topics such as Taxes, Accounting, international trade, importations, marketing, operations, working with tech teams, and dealing with high level of uncertainty.
