Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

The Key Account Manager is accountable for the On Premise chained headoffices in Mexico.
The main objective of the role is to scale volume and distribution on a national level.
Shape the strategy of the department by prioritizing the main segments, apply global guidelines/concepts, lead the team and strive for benchmark on a global level.



Manage Tier 1 Headoffices with international relevance which include negotiations, execution and coverage plan. SEGMENTS SCOPE IN PRIORITY ORDER: Catering, QSR, Delivery, Cafés, Casual Dining, Bars, Travel and Lodging. STRATEGY AND PLANNING: Define what are the priorities of the department and how we allocate time, resources and margins according to segment/partner relevance.
Support occasion plan, national campaigns and brand events.
Build a cohesive and insight driven Business Plan. Ongoing data maintenance in reports by sharing status on Key Account volume, distribution, execution as well as share best practices with other markets. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT: Development of goals and management (monitoring + analysis + action plan) of the results of the main On Premise indicators (volume and execution). Leads the reporting process for Latam and Global teams. Department budget management, including planning and partial results monitoring. TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage team resources, motivation, ensure the correct tools and train them accordingly.
Organize market visits, routes and define processes.



Qualifications University – Bachelor's degree. Fluent in written and spoken English. 4 years' experience with key accounts in consumer goods companies working with distributors/indirect channel. Hands-on profile, planning, love for details, systemic vision, sense of urgency, ability to scale and take risks, logical thinking, leadership, criticality and dynamism. Office Package domain, especially Excel and Power Point. Travel 20-30%. Got what it takes?
