.We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Operator to join our team at Air Transia, a leading freight forwarding company based in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing all aspects of international freight transportation and logistics, ensuring efficient management and compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements while working remotely.
**Responsibilities**:- Transportation Coordination: Organize and manage the transportation of goods through various modes (sea, air, land) from the point of origin to the final destination, ensuring delivery timelines and agreed conditions are met.- Documentation Management:



Prepare and review the necessary documentation for transport and customs, ensuring that all paperwork is complete and accurate to prevent delays.- Tracking Monitoring: Continuously track the status of air and sea shipments, ensuring visibility and timely updates of the goods' status throughout their route.- Interaction with Suppliers and Carriers: Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and customs agents to resolve logístical issues, coordinate routes, and improve transportation efficiency.- Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements in logístical processes to optimize the flow of goods and reduce operational costs.- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all international transport and customs regulations to avoid legal and security issues.- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, logistics costs, and any relevant incidents, providing analysis and recommendations for decision-making.
**Requirements**:- Freight Forwarding & Dispatch Experience: At least one year of experience in freight forwarding and dispatch is required,



with a solid understanding of transportation coordination, logistics processes, and international shipping regulations.- Logistics Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding or international logistics sector, including positions like dispatcher, transport coordinator, or any role related to supply chain management.
Any logistics experience is valued, regardless of the type.- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics management software and shipment tracking tools.- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.- Effective Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers, customers, and team members.- Stress Management:



Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively in a dynamic environment.- Academic Background (not mandatory): A university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.- Work Setup: Must have your own computer and a suitable work environment to perform tasks remotely and efficiently
