At HYATT We are looking for a Global Service Desk Analyst I to join our Global Technology Support team.
Your Responsibilities
Provide firstline technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user access security, including account creation,
password resets, and permission assignments.
Log and track incidents in the ticketing system to ensure proper documentation and resolution.
Escalate complex technical issues to higherlevel support teams.
Communicate updates and solutions to users clearly and professionally.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles.
Assist with software installations and system maintenance tasks.
Your Profile
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Up to 1 year of experience in IT support or customer service.
Strong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.
Proficient in WindowsMacOS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Service Desk tools e.g., ServiceNow.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, and relevant certifications CompTIA A,
ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Fundamentals will be a plus.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
