and Go for our APIs and services -A range of persistence strategies including relational andnon-relational databases About the role As a Technical Lead -Backend Java Software Development Engineer, you’ll lead thedelivery and ongoing support of projects from end to end. Inaddition, you will: - Contribute to the design of new features. -Review the code of your peers - Advocate for standard methodologies- Facilitate engineering discussions - Mentor junior engineers -Participate in an inclusive, energetic and highly multi-functionalteam This role has been categorized as a teleworker position.Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and,instead, work from a physical location of their choice which mustbe identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part ofMexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourageattendance for occasional in-office events. - Brings over 5 years of software developmentexperience, specializing in Java for backend services. - Is arespected technical leader, having made a significant impact beyondtheir immediate team. - Has expertise in various persistencestrategies, encompassing relational and non-relational databases. -Is fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken andis authorized to work in Mexico. - Demonstrates mastery acrossmultiple modern Java development technologies, adept at designing,delivering, debugging, and maintaining backend systems. - Possessesproficiency in related technologies such as Spring Boot, Hibernate,and Microservices architecture. - Is passionate about establishingstandard methodologies, elevating systems design, enhancing codequality,
