**YOUR TASKS**
GENERAL TEXT
- Recruiting process for opening positions in Hellamex site.
Posting and interviews
- Involve in offer process, request and review documents for hiring process and set up employee in SAP as onboarding process
- Communicate resignations/terminations internally as appropriate.
Prepare documentation and detonate termination process in SAP
- Participate in safety committee meetings
- Ensure that payroll process as deductions, payments and incidents are well
- Be involved in Annual appraisals as personnel evaluations, local bonus, review process with department managers
- Participate in annual benefits review, budget, headcount and planning strategy
- Org.
Management and administrative task to keep engage employees
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced level of English
- Communication skills
- Experience in Human Recourses department or process
