We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Inbound Sales Representative to engage with inbound leads, nurture relationships, and drive sales in the U.S. and Canadian markets.Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to inbound leads from businesses across the U.S. and Canada.Conduct discovery calls, product demos,



and qualification assessments to understand customer needs.Develop relationships with prospective clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.Close deals efficiently and ensure smooth handover to customer success teams.Maintain and update CRM records, track sales metrics, and meet performance targets.Stay up to date with the latest IT management and security trends, particularly related to MDM, UEM, and SaaS.Qualifications & Requirements3-7+ years of experience in inbound sales, preferably in SaaS, IT management, cybersecurity, or related fields.Proven track record of closing deals with U.S./Canadian clients.Strong bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) with excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience working with IT management platforms, preferably in MDM, UEM, security compliance, or SaaS IT solutions.Prior experience with similar products like Trio, JumpCloud, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Jamf, or VMware Workspace ONE is a strong plus.Ability to manage complex deal cycles, nurture key accounts, and drive revenue growth.Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales,
