We are looking for people who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences in each interaction and offering the best solutions to our Card Members, based on their ability to create a unique connection with people through empathy and negotiation skills.
We look forward to maximize our services and benefits, with the goal of making American Express the go to card for our Card Members and establishing their loyalty to the brand.
Being able to connect with Card Members in a professional manner, that allows you to earn the right to offer and sale unique and personalized products and services, that meet their needs and exceeds their expectations.

- Schedule flexibility to work shifts: We offer service to our Customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year (8 hour shift, availability required is 6am to 12am Monday to Sunday, 2 days off)
