Strategy and Operations Manager IV, Google Cloud (English)
Location: Mexico
Job Overview
As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining, landing, and executing on our priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will help with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans, and managing business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive partnerships, and execute new initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience managing business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or target setting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience in data analysis and decision-making.
- Fluent in English for communication with US and Canada based partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
- Experience leveraging problem-solving (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker) to influence business leadership.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies.

- Run and improve operations by launching new programs and streamlining processes.
- Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to achieve milestones.
