Hillside Painting is a well-established painting company specializing in residential and commercial projects.
We are currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in helping us expand our business and maintain a steady workflow.
**Responsibilities**:- Contact potential customers and introduce them to our services- Schedule appointments for our sales team- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments and customer interactions- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by customers- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of appointments**Requirements**:- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM)- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Self-motivated and able to work independently- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines**Benefits**Salary range will be $800-$1200 USD monthlyMust be available to work 9am MST - 5pm MST
