Here are the key details:**POSITION OVERVIEW**- Full-time role promoting a B2B marketplace to end users and businesses in Mexico, and other LATAM countries- Responsibilities include sales development, marketing campaigns, and account management- Requires fluency in both English and Spanish**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conduct B2B sales campaigns to promote company registrations on the platform- Create and manage marketing campaigns,
including social media (LinkedIn)- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to registered companies- Assist companies in uploading and organizing their business and product data- Participate in team projects and brainstorming sessions**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**- Graduate in business management or marketing, or junior professional with strong communication skills- Self-motivated, dynamic, and problem-solving mindset- Ability to multitask and manage multiple company accounts- Highly fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)**WORK ENVIRONMENT**- Part of a small, multicultural team working from Canada, Brazil, Italy, and Ukraine- Requires flexibility to adjust working hours for different time zones (as early as 7:00 AM Pacific or 8:00 AM Eastern)**COMPENSATION AND TERMS**- Initial full-time salary of 13,500 MXN during a 3-month probationary period- Potential for annual contracts and career growth opportunities after successful probationPay:
