In this role, you'll shape our technical strategy while mentoring teams to deliver high-impact solutions for our clients.
**What You'll Do**:- Defining and driving our technical vision and architecture across products- Making high-level technical decisions that impact multiple teams and systems- Creating frameworks and patterns that accelerate development across the organization- Identifying and solving complex technical challenges before they impact the business- Leading architectural reviews and providing technical oversight for major initiatives- Mentoring engineers and promoting engineering excellence throughout the organization**What We're Looking For**:- 6+ years of software engineering experience with significant technical leadership impact- Proven track record of successfully architecting and scaling distributed systems- Deep expertise in system design, patterns, and architectural best practices- Experience building and maintaining high-performance, scalable platforms- Strong background in data architecture and analytics systems- Excellence in technical communication and ability to influence without authority- Experience with our tech stack: JavaScript, Node.Js, Distributed Services, SOA, Microservices**Preferred**- Experience scaling engineering organizations and processes- Background in MarTech, eCommerce,
or analytics platforms- Contributions to open-source projects or internal frameworks- Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architecturesThis role will involve both client engagements and internal app development, providing ample opportunity for growth and collaboration.This is a contract, freelance role.
