Junior Project Manager - Airport Infrastructure ProjectsWe are looking for a Junior Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience inconstruction projects to support airport infrastructure initiatives.
This role is ideal forsomeone who has worked in the construction industry, is eager to grow in projectmanagement, and is looking to gain hands-on experience with capital projects(CAPEX) in an airport environment.Key Responsibilities:1.
Project Support & Coordination:- Assist senior project managers in defining project scope, timelines, andbudgets.- Help track project milestones and ensure alignment with objectives.- Support communication with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.2.




Bidding & Contractor Coordination:- Assist in preparing project documents, RFPs, and bid evaluations.- Help review contractor proposals and compare pricing, timelines, andcompliance requirements.- Provide support in pre-qualification and coordination with constructionvendors.3.
Construction Oversight & Reporting:- Support monitoring of construction progress, contractor performance,and adherence to safety regulations.- Assist with site visits, progress tracking, and status reporting.- Help identify and address project risks or potential delays.4.
Budget & Cost Tracking:- Assist in tracking project costs, reviewing invoices, and ensuringaccurate financial documentation.- Support cost analysis and budget updates as needed.Qualifications:CBRT-013332-CONSTR-PM- 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination, ideally withinCAPEX projects or infrastructure development.- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required).- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.- Experience with project management software (e.G., MS Project,
