**Business Development Manager with Sales Background****About the Company**:Chatfuel is an international platform for automating sales and customer communications through messengers.
We aim to become a leader in AI-driven sales and are actively expanding our presence in the Latin American region.
We are currently looking for a proactive and experienced **Business Development Manager with Sales Background** to lead our business development in Mexico and scale success across other countries in the region.
**Mission of the Role**:Drive revenue growth in the region by increasing awareness of Chatfuel as a leading platform for AI-driven sales through messengers in Mexico.




**What We're Looking For**:- Deep understanding of the Latin American market, particularly Mexico, including customer and cultural specifics.- Proven experience in direct sales and managing hybrid teams.- Experience in building offline distribution channels is a plus.- Strong skills in market entry strategies (go-to-market) and multi-channel distribution development.- Preferably, experience with SaaS products and automation solutions.- Ability to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.- A results-driven mindset with the ability to take responsibility and see projects through to completion.- **Hands-on approach: willingness to personally engage in cold calling and client outreach at the beginning to establish a strong sales foundation before scaling and building a team.

Develop Sales and Expand Chatfuel's Presence in Mexico**:- **Personally participate in initial outreach efforts, including cold calling and direct sales, to establish strong client relationships before scaling the team.
**:- Manage the local sales team: hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring KPI achievement.- Develop both offline and online sales channels.- Set up lead generation and client onboarding processes.- Provide consultations, conduct product demos, and onboard clients.**2.
Develop a Partner Network**:- Attract agencies, integrators, and affiliates.- Manage the partner program.**3.
Promote the Brand and Engage with the Market**:- Adapt marketing materials and strategies.- Collaborate with local agencies and influencers.- Organize local events and participate in conferences to present Chatfuel.**4.




Analyze the Market and Competitive Landscape**:- Track trends in SaaS and offline business, analyzing demand and competition.- Identify promising growth niches.**5.
Improve the Product**:- Collect customer feedback.- Assist with interface and instructional localization.
