Cost Controlling Specialist

· Analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.





· Utilize basic knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Excel for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.

· Provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

· Promote operational excellence initiatives within the organization.

· Maintain constant interaction with various areas of the company, derived from the preparation and delivery of reports related to bank movements made by collection.

· Analyze and continuously monitor operating expense accounts to detect and implement action plans for deviations against the company budget, ensuring timely corrections and efficient resource management.

· Hold meetings to follow up with cost center owners to identify areas of opportunity in the performance of company expenses.

· Maintain a close and coordinated relationship between management and support areas for better and timely customer service.

· Participate in the development of the annual plan regarding operating expenses for subsequent years,

- Coordinate OPEX Planning: Oversee the planning process for operational expenses (OPEX) within the annual plans, ensuring monthly results are monitored and aligned with the budget.
- Generate Reports: Produce regular reports that facilitate the analysis and implementation of action plans, ensuring efficient resource management at both local and regional levels.
- Monitor Operating Expenses: Continuously analyze and monitor operating expense accounts, identify budget deviations, and develop corrective action plans to address.

Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results. Desirable Skills:



Knowledge of SQL and Python.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables. Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
