We are looking for a Finance Associate to join our team, who will play a key role i mnanaging financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, with a specific emphasis on payroll activities for both internal and external clients.Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing HR documents, reports, and files as well as the creation of new contracts- Manage relationships with insurance providers- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for internal employees,
ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations- Collaborate with HR to update and maintain employee payroll records- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards- Record and classify financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries- Translate financial documents, reports, and correspondence as needed- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.- Generate financial reports for management, providing insights and recommendations.- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations- Prepare and submit tax returns, supporting documentation, and other required filings- Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations- Implement audit recommendations and process improvements**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance- Professional English, 80%- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel- 1 year of professional experience in Financial Modeling and Corporate finance- Has had several clients at a time- Preferably with experience in a Financial services company- Ability to adapt quickly and multi-task efficiently in a collaborative way- Familiarized with NomipaqTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
