Head of Risk ManagementBusiness Unit: CPNCompany: Central Pattana Plc.Job Function: Risk ManagementWork Location: The Offices At Central WorldJob PurposesAccountable for investigation, analysis and assessment of risk, and the design and implementation of strategies and processes which mitigate threats to the successful delivery of the organization's corporate and business plans,



and desired outcomes.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesPromote the embedding of the Risk Management Framework by enhancing risk management activities towards the achievement of the corporate objectives.Promote functional first line ownership and monitoring of the risk appetite statements via the development of a suitable risk reporting framework that supports risk based decision making and escalation of issues as required.Liaise with the project management /role holder to ensure appropriate oversight and management of key project risks.Assess and identify the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of the company.Develop and implement the risk management plan and strategy, communicate expectations and obligations through Senior Executives and managers, and monitor and report on performance to improve the risk profile.Implement processes and procedures to ensure full preparation to deal with any potential threats.Lead implementation of programs designed to anticipate and minimize threats.Oversee the conduct of regular risk assessments and preparation of all documentation related to risk assessment, and reviews of standard operating procedures ensuring that recommended improvements are fully implemented.Deliver regular risk analysis reports,



complete with actionable plans for avoidance or prevention of possible threats at all levels.Develop and implement Code of Conduct policy including building awareness to enable staff to properly conduct company business.Responsible for Entire Corruption, identify and manage bribery and corruption risk and ensure no corruption.Develop and implement insurance strategies and financing techniques to appropriately deal with any unanticipated losses.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in risk management or business administration or related fields.Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in risk management, corporate control or related industries.Minimum of 3-5 years of team management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
