.Responsibilities:Provide strategic guidance and become an advisor to business leaders and stakeholders in developing and implementing student hiring strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company.Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, external demographics, and set expectations of how businesses/hiring teams need to participate as well as best practices.Partner with hiring teams to build effective student sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.Ability to write effective recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process and present them to key stakeholders.
Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.Participate in and/or own special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, calibration with Hiring Managers, and engagement strategies that will attract the best and brightest student talent.Minimum Requirements:Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies.Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.Bachelor's Degree.Fluent in English and Spanish.3+ years of technical recruiting in a high volume and high hiring bar environment.Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth.

Amazon is a fast-growing business in need of a Recruiting Business Partner to support graduate student hiring growth across all Amazon and AWS businesses operating in LATAM.
The LATAM AUTA Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) will work closely with a team of peers including Full Lifecycle Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators to foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.
The LATAM RBP will also act as a consultant to business leadership around addressable market trends, talent strategy, and other areas of importance within the student hiring space.
The ideal candidate must be able to earn trust and autonomously influence key stakeholders.
RBPs possess excellent consultation and partnership skills to consult business and Talent Acquisition partners, drawing on knowledge of talent acquisition and/or program management and showing a strong ability to work through ambiguous challenges, think critically, and drive strong relationships with stakeholders, academic leaders, hiring managers, and PXT partners
