We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator with expert-level English skills to join our team and drive our growth by building strong connections with property managers and other key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Research, identify, and connect with potential clients, to generate new business opportunities.Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to introduce the company's services and build long-term relationships.Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients,
ensuring a professional and engaging interaction.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition.Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular progress reports.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.Assist in creating tailored proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for prospective clients.Qualifications:Expert-level English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding targets.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Remote#J-18808-Ljbffr
