.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented CTO to lead the technological revolution within our company.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful AI implementations, the ability to leverage quick wins, and expertise in unifying and developing technology teams.
This role requires a strong leader capable of managing remote teams with a shared vision while consistently delivering on both immediate business needs and long-term innovation.Responsibilities:AI Implementation: Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing AI-driven solutions that generate measurable business impact.
Identify and capitalize on quick wins to deliver immediate results.Technology Team Leadership:
Evaluate the current human resources in the technology and systems areas, unify the team, and build a strong, cohesive group to execute the company's technological transformation.Remote Team Management: Lead and coordinate remote teams effectively, ensuring alignment with a common goal and maintaining high levels of engagement and performance.Project Execution: Develop and follow a functional methodology to address the company's immediate needs while driving the development and implementation of innovative technologies.
Avoid unnecessary overhauls, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with departments across the organization to align technology initiatives with business objectives, enhancing both internal processes and customer experiences.Travel Flexibility: Be available to travel frequently to the United States, Mexico, and other countries as required to oversee operations, meet with stakeholders, and drive project execution.Methodology and Agility: Implement healthy,
agile work methodologies that maintain momentum without sacrificing team well-being or project quality.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, quickly adjusting to changing priorities and challenges.Requirements:Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish (required) and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technology leadership roles with a focus on AI and technological innovation.
Proven success in managing and leading remote teams.
A history of successful project delivery, balancing short-term needs with long-term innovation.Technical Skills: Expertise in AI technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.G., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with existing IT systems and the ability to integrate new technologies seamlessly.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data governance.Leadership and Strategy: Experience in unifying teams and building a cohesive, high-performing group.
The ability to inspire, mentor, and guide team members toward shared goals.
