Given this growth, we are looking to expand our team in Cd.
Juárez, Chihuahua, México.
**AUDIT MANAGER - SHARED SERVICE CENTER**
Managers are persons within the Firm who are in charge of a particular engagement or project, and this may include functioning as an audit team lead.
Managers have a broad base of professional skills including (but not limited to) establishing workload priorities, organizing and planning individual jobs, supervising the work of others,
working independently and the ability to analyze complex matters.
In addition, managers employ competency and technical skill sets including (but not limited to) knowledge of professional and accounting standards, research techniques, and ability to comprehend various clients accounting systems and adapt work as required.
Personal characteristics of CRI managers include, (but are not limited to) integrity, trustworthy, conscientious, cooperative, professional in attitude and appearance and dedicated to client service the "CRI Way."
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Coordinate, organize and schedule engagements to ensure all deadlines are met
- Support staff associates' activities to achieve objectives by providing necessary resources and creating an enjoyable work environment to ensure quality and high performance
- Provide timely feedback on each engagement to ensure staff learning and development
- Review complete set of financial statements and related disclosures to ensure we are compliant with reporting requirements
- Review work papers to ensure we are compliant with quality control document
- Research accounting issues and provide solutions
- Properly plan and manage engagements to ensure completion
- Become an expert within assigned niches
- Facilitate in monitoring the quality of our product and the performance of our personnel
- Maintain public certification and adequate Continuing Professional Education units
- Assist in special projects assigned by Partners
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively
- Oral/written communication skills in English
- Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative to make those decisions
- Capability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to conduct research and analyze information collected
- Ability to prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized
- Ability to comply with firm policies and procedures
- Manage and oversee time management budget/actual functions
- Facilitate and participate in "in-house" CPE and training activities
