This professional will be responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and improving paid media campaigns across different channels such as Social, Search, Display,
and Affiliates seeking the best ROI to acquire new high-quality applicants for Talent Acquisition.What You'll Do:- Define the strategy for each paid media channel, proposing a budget taking into account the best practices and internal goals for Talent Acquisition.- Plan, create and improve paid media campaigns on different channels, maximizing ROI for Talent Acquisition.- Run an experimentation program with A/B testing and other approaches in order to consistently test and improve campaigns and tactics.- Work with the Brand Market team to define strategies and build campaigns for brand awareness and content distribution.- Define the briefs and frameworks for land pages, ad creatives, and other assets.- Build reports for Paid Media Performance.- Be accountable for the budget and payment control for each media supplier.Here's what we are looking for:- 4+ years of experience in Paid Media.- Solid experience in Search, Display, and Social Media Ads.- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or related.- Team spirit-oriented and with good communication skills in multicultural environments.- Self-starter and self-organized,
