Job summary
The ECCF central team is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and technology-minded Process Owners to contribute to the improvement, growth and fast paced changes of the ECCF Operations network.
The ECCF ACES SME (Subject Matter Experts) is a team of Process Owners with the mission to support Fulfillment Center (FC)
process improvement on behalf of Amazon customers.
Our team owns the responsibility of orchestrating the technology project execution, communication, troubleshooting and change management between Amazon Fulfillment Technology team and Fulfillment Center Operations.
We own the virtual process setup, software configuration and design & rollout of software projects.
We provide an end-to-end support and definition for new FC launches and ad-hoc FC process support.
Our vision together with Amazon Fulfillment Technology team is to develop FC system tools that provide quick and reliable service to our customers and support defect free FC processing to provide the best customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Support root cause analysis of issues relating to their expertise.
- Support FC system configurations
- Support technical projects / implementations with local operations teams in their FC.
- Act as Tier-3 POC to provide onsite/remote support for new FC launch, post-launch and regular issues or inquiries from ECCF FCs.
- Support process improvement activity for their assigned area within the FC.
- Partner with other regional ACES/SME teams in the implementation of WW ACES projects.
- Contribute/Participate to Office Hour calls & Regional SME Calls to build a strong SME community and networking.
- Report feature requests and process standard improvement ideas to regional sponsor.
- Lead implementation of process standards.
The below qualifications and experiences are a plus for this role:
- Technical background, including software developer, data analyst and etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL, MYSQL or related query tools
- Experience working with Software Development Engineers to develop technical solutions to operational problems
- Project Management certification
