We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience on Core Banking Systems and sound experience either in IT companies or Financial Institutions.
The candidate will work in a multicultural environment on Core Banking Implementation Projects and/or Banking related projects.Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating,
and documenting system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.Complete assigned work within the time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.Work closely with project managers on core banking implementation projects.Responsible for requirement gathering, preparation of use case documents, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and functional test cases.Must have Skills: Spanish, Core Banking.
Good To Have Skills: English
Strong grasp on Banking and ability to work closely with clients' operations and business teams, providing suggestions on everyday challenges.Must have completed a bachelor's degree in IT or Business.Completed or undergoing a master's degree in business administration (MBA)
or equivalent is a plus.Experience in the insurance domain will be an advantage.Ability to build and showcase intuitive, elegant technology-enabled solutions to solve real-world challenges and create competitive advantage for our clients.Familiarity with agile methodology and ability to use JIRA / Confluence tools to create and manage requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with a global team.Spanish language is mandatory; fluent English is a plus.Demand for business consultants with good experience on core banking systems.The candidate should be a self-starter, with good documentation and analysis skills.
