As a Test Technical Leader at Cisco, you will work with the Global Manufacturing Engineering team inside the Global Manufacturing organization
**What you'll do**
- Lead the global deployment and transition of new test infrastructure and test platform.
- Drive Manufacturing Test Continuous Improvement, evolution, and resiliency at global level.
- Drive & collaborate with technical specialists on data analytics to drive business and operational decisions in various areas such as Manufacturing, Assembly and Test that improves manufacturing quality, improves yield, improves manufacturing cycle time.
- Develop and Deploy security solutions across manufacturing sites,
acting as primary GME engagement point for other functions pertaining to security policies, transformations, and deployments into manufacturing.
- As engineering leader, you will provide mentorship and direction for the global team of test engineering professionals.
**Who you are**
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics / Computer Engineering; relevant experience working in the electronics manufacturing preferably in EMS or Communications OEM vendor(s).
- 10+ years' experience in Test Engineering, using problem solving, and process improvement methodologies; NPI experience is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in OOP (Python, C++, Java,) scripting and statistical data analysis, with a good understanding in Test Manufacturing technologies, tools & processes.
- Understanding of Security technologies, Internet security issues and the threat landscape.
- Knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proactive to stay close to technology by deep diving into product design and code as and when require.
- Experience in leading multiple projects using project management skills and tools.
- Strategically focused,
impact oriented, highly organized, and adaptable.
- Proactive & self-driven individual, results orientated with a growth attitude and strong dedication.
- Manufacturing partnership exposure/management.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Good communications and presentation skills, assertiveness, and the ability to take discussions and open issues to closure by working with local and remote teams.
- Lead and Drive change in collaboration with a diverse cross-functional team, with consistent track record to influence and implement changes to benefit the organization
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CCIE desired, Linux+ or RHCE is an advantage
