**Remote Sales Specialist**If you are proactive, focused, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities**:- Conduct cold calls to achieve sales from the provided contact database (?alls to USA during US business hours).- Conduct calls and follow up on incoming leads to achieve sales from inquiries received through the website (?alls to USA during US business hours).- Input necessary data into the CRM system.- Communicate with the business development department to clarify methodologies- Communicate with the direct supervisor (Head of Sales)
and execute their tasks.- Use IP telephony integrated into the CRM system for customer communication.- Work with clients following provided instructions (scripts, handling objections) and suggest improvements.- Fill out daily reports.- Continue working with acquired clients to achieve subsequent sales.- Communicate with clients on any issues, acting as their personal manager.- Meet sales targets set by the business development department for contact database and leads.- Prepare and send contracts to clients.- Handle feedback from clients on Amazon.- Register clients on the website and manage the registration process.
**Requirements**:- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.- Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM systems.- Basic computer literacy.- Availability of a computer and headset.- Stable internet connection.- Strong communication skills.- High level of responsibility.
**Work Schedule**:- Five days a week, 39 working hours.- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
**Compensation**:- Salary + bonus + commission.- Potential earnings of $800 - $1200 per month upon meeting sales targets.- Paid vacation:
14 calendar days, twice a year.- Contract-based employment.
