**Job Overview**As part of the Talent Acquisition team, this role focuses on enhancing the overall hiring experience while ensuring efficient and effective recruitment operations.
The position involves coordinating pre-employment activities, managing job postings, and supporting sourcing efforts to meet organizational needs.
**What will be your challenges?
**- Manage/monitor Avature jobs pending approval, post once fully approved.- Work with TAS to post positions within Avature/Broadbean and job boards.- Ensure job postings have salary information prior to posting as appropriate for roles remote/USA based, NYC, CA, or CO.- Manage Ask P&O; tickets- Sourcing and support for talent acquisition activities.
**What you need to succeed?
**- At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcer.- Business English proficiency.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Detail-oriented and accurate in processing documentation.- Teamwork-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.- Adaptability and openness to change.
