Key Responsibilities Develop and implement commercial strategies to win new business.
Prospect, negotiate, and close sales of logistics services (air, ocean, ground,
customs brokerage).
Build strong vertical and horizontal customer relationships.
Achieve financial goals, including an annual gross profit target.
Maintain and expand a pipeline of opportunities Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service.
Candidate Profile Education.
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
Language.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Experience.
5+ years in a management or senior sales role within logistics services (air, ocean, ground, customs brokerage).
Skills.
Strong negotiation, commercial, and results-oriented abilities.
Availability.
Ability to cover Chihuahua, Sonora, and Baja California Norte.
Requirements.
Must own a car (company provides car allowance).
Compensation Package Base Salary.
$ MXN per month (100% payroll).
Commissions.
10% gross profit per quarter (uncapped).
