THE ROLE

As the RV Sales Regional Senior Specialist - North America, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and optimizing Indie Campers' vehicle reselling business in the North American market. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales performance across B2B and B2A channels.

You will frequently interact with departments such as Local Operations, Finance, and Business Development to ensure a seamless sales process and contribute to the success of Indie Campers' expanding presence in North America.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

- Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand the dealer (B2B) and auction (B2A) network in North America.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive sales performance.




- Identify and optimize vehicle sales opportunities through both pre-existing dealer networks and auction platforms.
- Support the training of the Local Operations team to enhance sales capabilities across the NAM region.
- Execute the target sales plan, ensuring budget alignment in terms of units sold, revenues, and gross margins.
- Prepare the defleet strategy for upcoming seasons, securing pre-commitments from B2B partners.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-Have:

- 3+ years of experience in auto sales.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- 2+ years of experience in business development.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience in B2A (auction) sales.
- B2C sales experience.
- Familiarity with financial products and lead generation strategies.
