**Transformation Sr Manager**:
**Main Purpose**
This role will lead and coach Design teams to scope and deliver Design phase engagements according to the latest methodology and following Design Playbooks.
He/She will work with senior stakeholders from various sectors and functions,
and integrate other enabling workstreams including Process Excellence, Enterprise Service Management, Transitions, HR, IT, Finance, among others.
The role will perform Design approach analysis and recommendations for the Service Delivery of functional services, program management responsibilities.

**Design program and project management**
- Engage with Senior Stakeholders in advance of Design Phase, to ensure GBS vision and strategy is well understood, and all key stakeholders are aligned and supportive.
- Support Sector/Function Design team with step by step Design approach, guidance ensuring standard global approach is followed with all necessary decision gates and milestones followed.
- Develop and drive for implementation the holistic Design project and service delivery concept of operations and integrated initiative specific work plans, reflecting more granular dependencies, milestones, deliverables and deployments.
Makes decisions to identify critical risks/issues and implement transformation plans that impact the overall timeline and economic delivery of the GBS transformation program.
**Communications and stakeholder management**
- Facilitate monthly/weekly meetings and reviewes with Function Design and Sector Design teams, review status and challenge Design assumptions.
- Resolve escalations and navigate conflict among stakeholders throughout Design.
- Develop executive-level status reports, presentations, and briefings that articulate business transformation vision and project status.
**Transformation**
- Conduct ongoing,
external research on transformation best practices and embed new tools and techniques into Design phase engagements (e.g., design thinking, user experience workshops, future-back workshops).
- Perform strategic and data analysis to offer business insights for senior leadership in decision-making
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications / Requirement**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting service or significant transformational project management experience in large scale global organizations with emphasis on service design/delivery is essential.
- Experience in broad transformational implementations or managing complex projects including global coordination.
- Expert in communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation.
- Proficient with MS Office - Sharepoint, TEAMS, MS Project, Excel, Power
Point in particular.
- Strong project management background.
- Ability to influence cross functional teams and achieve cross divisional alignment
- Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management
- Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to effectively work in a highly-matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across
