We are seeking a talented **Production Coordinator** to join our specialized Manufacturing team for our Meritor area in Monterrey, Nuevo León, MEXICO.

In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways:

- Responsible for the daily activities of a production team, including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production goals.
- Works transversally to recommend and participate in improving safety, productivity, quality and efficiency of operations.
- Serves as a group leader on projects and work assignments.
- Provides guidance and feedback to team members to achieve tasks and objectives; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities.
- Coaches and mentors for team members.
To be successful in this position, you will need the following:

- Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanics, Metalworking or related;
- Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
- Experience in machining process (turning, milling, general machining)
- Personnel control (Kronos, desirable) and monitoring of the production process
- Experience in managing work groups (50 people)
- Coordination and supervision of activities (5's; zero accidents, Pokayokes,



compliance with training, rotation, zero non-conformities in quality and HSE audits; compliance with the production and shipping program, zero negatives in material or product sales transactions, Compliance with LOTO, MDO, preventive and predictive maintenance, filling of boards hour by hour)
- Schedule availability (8 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 8 am to 12 pm)
- Intermediate English (Conversational)
