Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life of millions of people.Descripción del empleo- Coaching of the Value Streams for the BPS Elements, Lean methods and System CIP.- Define methods and standards for all plant based on CDs, BPS procedures and CC/BPS and PS/BPS diretives.- Up-date of the VSM and VSD, roadmaps and Value Stream Strategies.- Production and logistics time data management via MTM, as a basis of capacity planning, OEE calculation,
VSM and VSD.- Shopfloor standardization and improvement for operation, material replenishment and changeover.- Shopfloor ergonomics and workplace improvement.- Support production layout planning and update.- Support or lead capacity increase and productivity increase projects of value streams, via cycle time reduction, OEE increase, work load balance and improvement and powershift.- Provide IE related training of knowledge and best practice sharing.- Workshop support for PGL-LLD (Lean Line Design) and PGL-FOL (Flow-Oriented Layout).- Responsible to define and update BPS-Standards related to IE (handbook of software and hardware, BPS tips, related LPC one pager).- Responsible for the introduction of digitalization and follow up.- Responsible for coaching for KPI improvements.
**Requisitos**:- Bachelor degree with production experience.- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, deep experience with VSM and VSD methods.- Deep and practical experience with lean elements (Quick change over, Daily Leadership Routine, Levelling, Pull System, Standardized Work,
etc.
).- Fluent English.
