**Position: Customer Service Representative **(** 100% **Remote)**Are you an organized, customer-oriented professional with a knack for smooth operations?
Our client is searching for a Customer Service Agent for their appliance repair company.
In this key role,



you'll be involved throughout the life cycle of their repair projects from intake through completion, ensuring clear communication and top-notch service every step of the way.
This is an opportunity to make a real difference in their growing company!
**Responsibilities**:- Inbound and outbound phone calls to book appointments or help existing customers, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and documented.- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians throughout the repair process, providing updates about part orders, appointments, and handling issues as they come up.- Provide administrative support by categorizing recorded phone calls, tracking daily job statistics, routing technicians' jobs, and identifying follow-up activities appropriate for each customer.- Use your judgment to make decisions in accordance with company policies.- As you progress, we will add tasks like ordering parts and accounting support.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies**:- Previous experience in a customer service role,



preferably in a service or repair industry.- Great communicator who can empathize with our customers and show them we care to set up our technicians for success.
Must also be able to manage customer expectations and handle difficult situations with a smile.- Strong organizational skills.- High degree of professionalism and commitment to helping the team.

**Salary**:- Monthly salary in USD:



$1300**Schedule**:- Full-time - Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern time US) and 9am - 1pm 2 Saturdays per month.
Total 170 hours per month.
