**Our client**:It is a management services company that helps around 200+ properties in the US and is already considered one of the best management companies in the southeast region of the United States.
**Job Activities**:- Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions.- Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation and issuing stop payments and adjustments.- Generate refund check requests- Review homeowner accounts and process voids/adjustments- Change the account owner in the system.- Fill out formats to support the escrow department, and verifies documents.
**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday:_- Regular Schedule:7:30 to 16:30 Mexico City time- Daylight saving: 6:30 to 15:30 Mexico City time.

**Requirements**:- One year of experience in AR or a similar role.- High School diploma.- Strong English communication skills (writing and speaking).- Multitask.- Feel comfortable working with Excel and Word
