**Responsibilities**
**Which is the main objective of this role?
**
This role is responsible for the planning and administration of the operation, cost management and contractual processes of the potatoe sourcing than includes seed operation, chipstock, warehousing and freight.
This role support strategic planning for long term operation and investments and strategic development of key projects related to new growing regions and PEP+
The role is the stewardship and custodian of the controls and administration of controls for the agro function.
**Qualifications**
**What will you be doing?
**
- Management of all costs associated with the sourcing of +310M tons of potato per year, this includes costs for potato price, warehousing, freight, waste,
seed and CDAS
- Develops, improve and manage all contracts for seed, chipstock and CDAS
- Manage and controls expenses (MOH) for the entire function including CDAS
- Support operation manager and Agro director to develop the annual operative plan for sourcing planning, warehousing, volumen allocation and others
- Support Agro director in developing business cases (Finances case) for strategic projects related to investments, sourcing developments, etc
- Position is general coordinator within the function that managed controls, internal and corporate
- Role creates through analytics, different productivity projects within the function
- The role support LATAM for costs analysis and benchmark
- The role is responsible for the process P2P through the collaboration of the finance GBS hub.
The role processes the invoices associated with the sourcing, warehousing and potatoe freight
- Supports specifcs tactics and strategies to optimize the entire potatoe supply chain network
**Who are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Chemical Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Bilingual Spanish-English (reading, writing & speaking)
- Finance expertise across costs, cost analytics, expenses management
- Planning and administration of the operation, cost management and contractual processes
- 5+ years of experience in CGC companies
- Results Oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in operations and field
- Strong Analytical and simulation skills
- Ability to work under preassure
