**Selected applicants must have**:- Supervisor Skills and experience of at least 2 year- Handle inbound and outbound calls- Coordinate and ensure completion of maintenance requests- Conflict resolution skills- Identify, communicate, and escalate issues to supervisors when needed- Provide product and service information to customers- Research required information using available resources- Process work orders, forms, and any other document needed- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures- Recognize, document,
and alert the management team of trends in customer calls- Other duties as assigned**Qualifications and Skills**- 100 % Fluent in English and Spanish- 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles- Excellent data entry and typing skills- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills- Ability to handle the stressful situation accordingly- Education: Bachelor's (preferred)or Prior experience in Property Management- Good Interpersonal Skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to multitask- Visa and ability to travel to the United States 1-2 times a weekTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 32470, Ciudad Juárez, Chih.
