We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and energetic Client Success Representative for a company that provides accounting and payroll services in the United States to build customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**:- Reaching out to existing clients to follow up on customer satisfaction and understanding if they are taking advantage of the available resources that the company offers.- Working with leadership on marketing pieces to be sent to new and existing customers.- Leading demos and sales calls with potential clients.- Following up with potential clients to collect needed documents and agreements.
**Requirements**:- Advanced English Level.- Good communication skills and ability to maintain conversations with clients in a diplomatic and goal-focused manner.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, customer success or equivalent- Sales or Marketing degree (desirable).- High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.- Customer service skills.- Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
