and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!- ** Role Title**:Global Sales Development Representative Manager- **Direct Report**: Senior Director of Marketing- **Area**:Sales- **Location**: US or Meixco**The Opportunity**We seek an experienced Global SDR Manager to lead our SDR teams across North America (NAM), Latin America (LATAM), and Europe.
The Global SDR Manager will build, manage, and optimize our SDR teams across these key regions to ensure alignment with our global sales strategies.
This role requires a blend of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on involvement to develop a cohesive and high-performing SDR function that effectively contributes to Incode's growth objectives.
The Global SDR Manager will be crucial in Incode's growth strategy.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated and strategic thinker who excels inbuilding SDR teams.
**Responsibilities**- Team Leadership and Development- Build and manage a diverse, high-performing SDR team across NAM, LATAM, and Europe.- Develop talent through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.- Foster a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement- Strategic Alignment:



Ensure the SDR teams' strategies and activities align fully with Incode's global sales goals.Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop targeted approaches for different regions, considering local market nuances.- Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient SDR processes and workflows that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Leverage- Hubspot to track team performance, manage pipelines, and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to sales.- Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate close collaboration between SDR teams and other departments (e.G., Marketing, Product, Sales) to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer engagement.- Share best practices and market insights across teams.- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)



for the- SDR function and monitor team performance against these metrics.- Report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership, making data- driven recommendations for strategic adjustments.- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
